| Report on 33nd Annual General Meeting on Sunday
24th September 2006

The 33nd Annual General Meeting was held at the
Clubhouse of International Club on Sunday 24th
September 2006 at
11.00 am. The President called the meeting to order and addressed
the general members of the club. He appraised the members on the
various aspects of the clubs functioning and also gave an update
on the legal affairs of the Club.

|
The Minutes of the 32nd Annual General meeting and the
accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2006 were
passed and the stage was set for the elections for the post of the
Treasurer and also to elect five committee members.
|
|
|
|
The proceedings were then handed over to the Chief Electoral
Officer Mr. Kalyan Dutta and his team comprising of Mr. Subrata
Ghosh and Mr. Arun Kapoor.
|
|
|
|
The elections over, the Electoral team went into the counting
procedure and eventually, the results were declared which were as
follows.
